The Record Book Continues To Be Re-Written

Just the facts, in my opinion

The record book continues to be re-written on a weekly basis here in Charleston. Agents I've spoken to around the country are seeing similar markets… some being flooded with listings, while others are flooded with buyers. We've had a huge increase in interest from the Northeastern states and really...who can blame them!?

Not to sound like a broken record, but inventory continues to be at around 50% of what is normal. This is causing a lot of multiple offers and listings to be on the market for hours..not days or weeks. I think with Boeing expanding, Volvo ramping up and all the ancillary businesses that come with that, we will continue to see strong demand and are continuing to insulate our market.
